Thomas Dunlay Thomas R. Dunlay, born in Weymouth, Massachusetts, was introduced to painting by his father who was an amateur painter. He attended the Massachusetts College of Art, and also studied with Robert Douglas Hunter, and R.H. Ives Gamell. Thomas was the recipient of a coveted grant from the E.T. Greenshilds Memorial Foundation in Montreal. He has also won numerous awards, including the Sagendorph Award from Yankee Magazine. Thomas R. Dunlay's paintings are part of public, corporate, and private collections worldwide. The focus of his work balances landscape, figure, and still-life painting. Thomas can be found painting outdoors on the beach or in the quaint village streets of Nantucket Island. |
